Project Delivery
£500/day ex VAT
For sustained development, larger projects, and multi-week engagements. Delivers defined deliverables with regular checkpoints. Better value than hourly for ongoing work—I'm focused on outcomes, not padding time.
Long-Term Projects
Negotiable
Anything beyond 6 months is open to negotiation. I may discuss reduced rates, retainers, or alternative structures based on your specific needs and commitment.
Out of Hours Support
£160/hour ex VAT
Critical issues outside standard working hours (before 9am, after 5pm, weekends, or holidays). Available on request with a minimum of 2 working days' notice. Minimum engagement 1 hour for resolution and handover.

How I scope work
No two projects are identical. After an initial discovery call, I provide a written estimate that covers:
